“What is life coaching?” One of my friends asked me this question and made me realize the need to create awareness about life coaching.

So, who is a Life Coach? What does a life coach do to make your life better?

A life coach is a powerful human relationship manager who guides people to design their lives on their terms. A life coach brings out the strengths in a person and aids in creating clear visions about a better way of living. Life coaching is based on the belief that every human being has the potential to solve problems and achieve self-actualization through guidance and mentoring.

“My approach is to guide individuals to pursue meaning, and identify a purpose for their lives. Life becomes meaningful and fulfilling by questioning and overcoming limiting beliefs.”
